NY State Office of the State Comptroller
Leading an AI automation project for retirement case processing, built with Django, React and PostgreSQL on Azure Cognitive Services. Estimated to save seven years of manual work across 150 employees.
2014 – Present
Captain / Training Officer
Fort Johnson Volunteer Fire Co.
Supervising 30 members and coordinating training. Built a PHP application that automates sensitive incident reporting to the state, saving 90 hours of manual work a year.

Freelance Consultancy
Ran a software development company delivering custom CMS, e-commerce and SEO work. Clients included General Electric, Angus Beef and the Australian Consulate.

Lead developer for more than 20 clients, including the frontend for an R&D project with General Electric.
